Contact Centre Supervisor
We have a great opportunity for a Contact Centre Supervisor to join a global brand and one of the leading digital businesses in the region.
Do you have at least 5 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment for a digital business? Are you able to lead a team of employees including motivating and developing through coaching and counselling? We’re looking for a strong leader and team player who can provide day-to-day leadership to a team of 10+ executives to achieve the highest level of customer service possible.
This role would see you taking on the leadership of team, including weekly team and one-to-one meetings, coaching and training your team members and coaching them towards their career goals. You’ll be there to provide guidance to your team, helping them to resolve any difficult customer questions, helping them to develop their understanding of the problem-solving process, as well as ensuring optimum staffing levels to meet peak service demands and administrative duties such as reporting, time sheets and schedule adherence.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to work flexible hours as required.
