We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join a fast-growing global tech start-up, that has recently secured substantial venture capital funding. Based at the London HQ; the role is to support, consult and provide customer satisfaction for the users of this award-winning SaaS platform around the globe.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, current experience in a Customer Support or Account Management role. You will be organized and have the ability to take initiative with a positive personality that will be endearing to customers. Experience providing support for users of software or technology products.
