Director of Product

Our client is a major conglomerate, operating in over 10+ countries within the Middle East, employing over 8,000 members of staff.
In the role, you will develop the multi-year product management roadmap for customer-facing features and functionalities for website, mobile, social commerce elements that present the highest financial return value to the brand.
As Director of Product, you will build, manage and lead the digital product team, driving product development through the entire development cycle, from concept, design and development, through to launch and ongoing support in a fast-paced, agile environment.
By using product metrics, data analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals, you will drive prioritization of product initiatives.
Keys functions of this role will be to; foster an agile environment of rapid iteration and experimentation, prototyping at various levels of fidelity. Managing key vendor / product relationships – seek out and establish new relationships, as appropriate, to achieve strategic objectives. Manage consumer research, user testing and analyze website analytics to identify and prioritize new opportunities and improve the current state of website performance.
For the role, you will need to hold a BA/BS Degree (MBA is preferable) and have 15+ years web product development and management experience. You will have lead product managers and product development teams to desired outcomes and experienced the Agile development process. As well as holding a successful track record of defining and launching digital products (for mobile and desktop) that resulted in customer growth and revenue growth.
