E-Commerce Commercial Director

Do you have a track record of closing commercial digital partnerships, that drive revenue growth within an e-commerce business?

We’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Director, with gravitas and a fantastic track record. You will grow, develop and implement strategic and commercial objectives that will result in expansion across the region, for a leading E-Commerce retail client experiencing exciting growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

Revenue Driver

– Conceptualize, create and execute the brand’s commercial plan with the objective of becoming the go-to destination for all brands and institutions who work to reach our consumer audience.

– Drive traditional commercial revenue such as Ad sales, sampling, offline event sponsorships and create innovative new revenue drivers.

– Create the annual commercial budget and report monthly on KPIs.

Partnerships Lead

– Manage and lead the Commercial team to success, ensuring they are meeting their targets and delivering.

– Spearhead big tie-ups with large strategic brands and institutions with a commercial objective of anchoring the company as the go-to destination for brands and entities to reach the target customer base.

– Manage cross-functional alignment ensuring that all departments are working together to achieve the commercial activities set in the plan.

– Understand the competition, the market, pricing, and margins and edit your plan to remain the leader in this vertical and continue to widen the gap versus competition.

– Lead partnerships in a way to come with win-win solutions with key players in the market.

– Manage all aspects of Sales growth, building on multiple touch points drive revenue growth.

– Monitor budgets, forecasts, P&L performance and report it to the CEO.

Experience

– 8-10 years Commercial Partnerships experience, minimum of 4 being in Digital.

– Comfortable with working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

– BA in Marketing or Business, MBA preferred.
