I am working with an E-Commerce platform in the fashion/retail space that is looking for a superstar E-Commerce Manager to join their growing team in Dubai.

This will be a hybrid role with lots of scope for growth and will suit a self-driven individual.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing design and developments of the website
- Monitor web analytics and internal data sources
- Design and Execute Roadmaps
- Incorporate Best Practices
- Budget Effectively
- Supervise all activities and product development
- Work closely with web development and technical teams
- Prepare reports and analyse conversion numbers
- Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans
- Team Management and Progress Monitoring
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Developing Schedules and Timescales

Requirements:

- Minimum of five years eCommerce experience in fashion/retail
- Previous experience in sustainability within brand messaging
- Solid background in social media
