IT Business Relationship Manager

We have a great opportunity for an IT Business Relationship Manager with Oracle Retail solution experience to join a market leader in luxury retail.

Your role as IT Business Relationship Manager will be to lead a team and identify the business needs of the group, understanding the business strategy and defining a technology roadmap that supports it. You will liaise with Enterprise Architecture and PMO teams to evaluate and qualify potential and specific technology solutions. Essentially, you will be in-charge of bringing together for IT strategy, IT business analysis and IT business solutions

In order to succeed, you will need to own and manage the strategic IT communication with key retail business stakeholders,manage retail customer expectations towards customer satisfaction and lead workshops with the business groups to shape future requirements. You will have experience in evaluating IT project objectives and analyzing and assisting the CIO with new business initiatives, as well as researching new and existing products, processes and technology innovations that will add value to the groups business operations. In addition to this, you will have knowledge and experience of how to coach and mentor team members to ensure scope, budgets and timelines are aligned.

So, do you have experience with Oracle Retail solutions? Do you have over 10 yrs experience in retail technology? Are you a proven leader who can bring together senior function leaders and facilitate overall IT collaboration? Do you have experience of developing relationships with internal and external business leaders?
