Senior Manager, Marketing & Customer Experience
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Manager, Marketing & Customer Experience to join a leading Leisure and Entertainment company.
Your role will be to deliver industry leading customer experiences across different online distribution channels by supporting business units to embed an integrated management process using relevant tools and measures. As a customer experience advocate, you will build and deliver a best-in-class CX engine for customers.
You will be experienced in implementing Project Management processes and be able to conduct effective market, product and customer analysis. You will have an excellent understanding of the customer lifecycle and be able to collaborate with multiple teams across the business to launch new products and services that are aligned to deliver improvements in customer satisfaction and retention.
You must be a Sitecore expert and technically minded, being able to manage digital content strategy and maximize online search functionality. This will include establishing metrics to measure online impact and effectiveness, as well as managing front end changes to include mobile and website content. You must be able to manage IS engagement and develop the dashboard and reporting package, providing an oversight review and roadmap of usability, features and functions.
Do you have over 10 years’ worth of experience in marketing technology? Are you a Sitecore expert? Do you have the ability to connect data, tech, content, channels, and people? Do you have experience building and delivering a CX engine? Do you know how to manage a digital content strategy? Can you manage the end-to-end site experience and front-end changes, content and MVT?

This position is offering up to 35k AED p/month tax-free (which converts to £81,500 GBP tax-free per annum, the equivalent to a £135,000 UK annual gross salary), along with an outstanding family package, visa, healthcare insurance and annual airline tickets.
