​With 18 years of experience in the UAE, Denisa is an experienced recruitment consultant known for her exceptional communication skills and cultural understanding.

Denisa has extensive experience working with large enterprise businesses across Europe and the Middle East, supporting strategic initiatives and partnering with Big 4 consultancies. In her recruitment role, she has successfully headhunted and sourced talent for major enterprises, covering roles across technology, digital, and transformation sectors.

When Denisa is not recruiting, you will find her writing (currently writing a book about mindfulness), enjoying beach walks and she also loves practising Pilates too.
