​After five years of helping companies in the tech industry grow their design teams in Scotland, Jack has joined Discovered to support clients in the MENA region with the same expertise. With a background deeply rooted in Scotland’s tech and design community - through meet-ups, candidate coaching sessions, and hosting a tech podcast— Jack brings a passion for fostering talent and is excited to continue this journey in Dubai.

Whether it’s building a design team, hiring a first Designer, or assisting Designers in finding new roles, Jack is ready to help.

When he isn't hiring tech talent, Jack is a big fan of both playing and watching football and golf.
