As a Blockchain Rust Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Extensive Rust Experience: Strong proficiency in Rust programming, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience.

• Blockchain Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and peer-to-peer networking.

• Distributed Systems Knowledge: Solid experience building high-performance, scalable distributed systems.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to debug complex issues and optimize systems for efficiency.

• Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
