You have the opportunity to join a dynamic team at a cutting-edge company as a Business Development Representative. In this pivotal role, you'll drive growth through strategic prospecting efforts, generating leads and nurturing relationships across various customer segments. Collaborate with a diverse sales team, including leadership, and contribute to market research and lead qualification.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, converting leads into opportunities and closed deals.
Educate and develop leads via calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
Deepen understanding of lead generation processes, marketing support, and handoff to Account Executives.
Generate email sequences and cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
Conduct follow-up communication until meetings are set.
Requirements:
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to build relationships for improved processes and communication workflows.
Skilled prospector using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.
Minimum 2+ years in sales, lead generation, or customer service.
Experience in ESG Consulting, Enterprise SaaS, or Fintech.
Previous success in a fast-growing startup.
Remote and distributed team experience.
