The Role
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional customer strategies that drive business growth and enhance experiences across industries.
Define, test, and refine innovative customer journeys using agile methodologies and advanced technologies.
Build new digital channels and implement omni-channel strategies to engage customers and improve loyalty.
Reimagine services, combining design, technology, and analytics to deliver breakthrough solutions.
Develop financial cases and strategies to launch impactful products and services.
Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction through cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
To be considered for this role, you must
Be a Saudi National
Hold 6-8 years experience in CX, at Manager level
Have experience working in a consultancy
Have deep expertise in designing customer experiences, optimizing processes, and leveraging emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and digital platforms
