We are supporting the team in headhunting a Customer Experience Manager.

The Role

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional customer strategies that drive business growth and enhance experiences across industries.

  • Define, test, and refine innovative customer journeys using agile methodologies and advanced technologies.

  • Build new digital channels and implement omni-channel strategies to engage customers and improve loyalty.

  • Reimagine services, combining design, technology, and analytics to deliver breakthrough solutions.

  • Develop financial cases and strategies to launch impactful products and services.

  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction through cutting-edge tools and methodologies.


To be considered for this role, you must

  • Be a Saudi National 

  • Hold 6-8 years experience in CX, at Manager level

  • Have experience working in a consultancy 

  • Have deep expertise in designing customer experiences, optimizing processes, and leveraging emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and digital platforms
