Reporting straight into the CEO, the General Manager will play a key part in leading the operations, strategy, and business development efforts in the region. You'll apply an understanding of traditional credit risk management and collections to help develop digital products within the fintech landscape!

Ideal Experience:

• Credit risk and collections experience

• Strategic team leadership

• Operations Management; overseeing daily operations ensuring efficiency, quality & compliance with local regulators

• Product development; working cross-functionally to help accelerate and develop new product offerings within the UAE

• Strong business development skills; skilled at identifying new business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations within financial institutions to help accelerate the product

• Understanding of market insights within the fintech eco system
