Title: Head of Commercial

Location: Dubai

Salary: Up to 33K AED + Commission

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Commercial for our client. This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing client relationships, and optimising our clients property

management services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real

estate, exceptional leadership skills, and a tech-savvy mindset to effectively collaborate

with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the commercial real estate strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquisitions, leasing, and development projects.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of relationship managers, leasing agents and sales agents.

• Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to team members.

Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the management of the onboarded portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and maximization of asset value

• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities and risks, and implement corrective actions

Leasing Review:

• Maintain an overview of leasing activities to ensure alignment with targets and performance standards

• Support and collaborate with the leasing and property management team as needed to ensure low vacancy days, low days on market, high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the commercial team

• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve targets

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 year's experience in real estate, with a strong background in property management, acquisitions, and business development.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai and Regional real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
