You will design and build a modern data platform, hire and lead a small team, and put in place the tools and systems needed to use data effectively. Your work will play a key role in helping the organization use AI to improve decision-making and achieve its goals.

In this role, you will lead a team, making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll create and implement a data warehouse and pipelines, set up tools to support AI and big data, and ensure everything works smoothly. You’ll also develop a clear strategy for how the company will use data, encourage the use of AI to solve problems, and ensure all work follows data privacy and security rules.

• Experience leading data teams and delivering large data projects.

• Skilled in building data warehouses, pipelines, and using modern tech tools.

• Knowledge of AI/ML and big data technologies.

• Experience working on new or transformation projects is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
