Job description

​We’re looking for a Head of Pre-Sales to lead across UAE and KSA teams in the cloud technology and system integration industry.

Your role will involve team building, strategy, technical leadership, and client representation.

Package: Up to 48k AED pm + 20% and Benefits ($156k USD Basic)

Benefits: VISAs, Medical Insurance, Relocation Funds and Private Schooling will be paid for and covered by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage pre-sales teams in both regions. 16+ ppl.

  • Develop regional pre-sales strategies for business growth.

  • Represent the company in industry events, Arabic proficiency preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Cloud such as AWS, Azure, or GCP required.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and optimize team performance.

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Manage a team of 16 members.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Prior people management experience.

  • Background in cloud technology.

  • Business development or product leadership experience is valuable.

  • Arabic speaking is a plus

  • Cloud certifications preferred.
