Our client is looking to reinvent corporate finance in the B2B payments space, based in Dubai, and sights set on regional expansion! Their product is a modern financial operating system, that provides businesses with data and insights for their spending.

Due to growth, they are looking for a seasoned technical product manager to help shape the next chapter!

The ideal candidate will lead the development and delivery of the financial operating systems, and lead a greenfield product from design to deployment, ensuring seamless delivery and integration of embedded fintech products.

Qualifications / Must have experience

• Proven experience of 7+ years in the technical project or product management within fintech, B2B Enterprise SaaS or banking.

• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas with utmost clarity, ensuring effective collaboration and fostering strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

• Strong technical background with extensive knowledge of software development practices, software architecture and integration patterns, APIs and databases.

Even better if you have:

• Experience with cloud-based technologies, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of financial industry standards and technologies and familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the financial sector.
