As the Lead Ruby on Rails Developer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all Software Development and Technical Operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily technical operations, proactively identifying and rectifying any issues to ensure seamless performance

• Analyze project briefs and requirements, developing detailed structures and managing deliverables with precision and timeliness

• Prepare progress reports, presenting them to senior management to provide valuable insights

• Detect and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

• Regularly check and update systems and software, staying up to date with the latest advancements

• Conduct periodic security checks and audits, safeguarding against potential risks

• Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code and prevent monetary damages

• Lead and manage the Frontend & Backend Development Teams, optimizing their performance through training and guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software/Mobile Developer, or similar role

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead is a plus, demonstrating your leadership abilities

• A certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable, showcasing your project management skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies, industry best practices, and emerging trends

• Expertise in Ruby on Rails programming languages, enabling you to tackle diverse development tasks

• Proficiency in code versioning tools and databases, ensuring efficient code management and data handling
