About the role:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help train and develop the skills of our current and future sales ambassadors. Utilizing your expertise, you will design and implement sales training strategies to equip our sales ambassadors with the skills needed to effectively sell and represent our brand throughout the region.
Industry Experience: We are seeking a candidate with industry experience in real estate or insurance. The ideal candidate will have a background in a fast-paced, high-performing sales environment and possess the ability to provide effective sales training to brand ambassadors.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with brand ambassadors to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct training sessions aimed at maximizing sales effectiveness.
• Oversee and support sales activities in high-traffic locations such as metro stations, malls, and other populated areas.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive brand sales.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales training role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
