​We are partnering with a Dubai based startup, actively seeking an ML/AI Engineer who will play a pivotal role and be at the forefront of their AI initiatives. Your expertise will be key in creating, implementing and improving AI and ML solutions for their product. You'll collaborate with different teams to turn business needs into innovative AI-driven features.

Responsibilities:

AI Strategy: You'll help shape their AI roadmap and technical strategy; this means finding opportunities to use AI and ML to make our platform better for users.

AI Infrastructure: You'll design, build and maintain a powerful AI infrastructure. This will support integrating AI models into our platform, making sure they perform well, are reliable and secure.

Model Development: You'll lead the whole process of creating AI and ML models; this includes preparing data, choosing and training models and getting them ready for use.

Optimization: You'll keep making our AI models better; this means improving their accuracy, efficiency, and ability to grow as technology evolves.

Collaboration: You'll work closely with different teams like product managers, software engineers and data engineers. Together you'll make sure the AI plans fit with the overall platform goals and make the user experience smooth.

Research and Innovation: You'll stay up-to-date with the latest AI and ML trends and research as well as look for ways to use new techniques and technologies to make their platform even better.

Requirements:

•      5+ years of hands-on experience in AI and ML. You've done projects where you designed, developed, and used AI solutions.

•      You're skilled in creating and using AI models, including generative AI.

•      Comfortable with programming languages like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar.

•      You're great at solving problems and can work on your own to finish projects.

•      You're a strong communicator and can work well with both tech and non-tech team members.

•      You're hands-on with coding and can help the team with any tech issues.

•      You know a lot about databases, especially how to design them and use advanced queries. If you know MySQL, that's a bonus.

Nice-to-Have:

•      Worked in sales enablement, CRM, or a similar industry

•      Experience with fast-paced startups

•      Contributed to open-source AI/ML projects or published relevant work

•      Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and container tech (Docker or Kubernetes)
