​We are hiring a Project Manager to join our growing digital consultancy client, based in Dubai.

Our client has been aggressively growing following continuous success in growing their portfolio of clients. We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Program Management Office (PMO).

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects across various domains, primarily focusing on tech and digital, but also will be exposed to construction, legal, office setup, and licensing. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of driving projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

You must already be based in Dubai!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation

• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration

• Oversee domain-specific projects in technology, construction, legal, office setup, and licensing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes

• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures

Bonuses:

• It will be advantageous for applicants to apply with Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is also preferred.

• Experience in construction or legal projects.

Additional information:

• Up to 30K AED a month, depending on experience.

• 2-3 stage interview process, rapid.

• 5 years of direct Project Management experience is required for this role, and you must already be based in Dubai.
