​Our Client is a growing international payments company and a leading name in the Fintech sector, due to a rapidly expanding client base they are searching for an experienced client manager to work within their FX Solutions Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in Financial Services Sales or FX Trading. The role itself will focus on maintaining client relationships and providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Client Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Payment Management:

  • Accurately add and manage payment details for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Liaise with compliance teams to address any account-related queries or issues promptly.

  • Phone & Communication Management:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.

  • Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and external stakeholders via phone, email, and other platforms.

  • Lead Qualification & Promotion:

  • Qualify potential leads, gather necessary information, and assist in converting leads into clients.

  • Promote the company’s payment services, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and distribute regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders, including transaction summaries and market analysis.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

Market Knowledge:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the payments market.

  • Provide insights and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Competencies & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales support, administration, or client services, ideally in the financial services or IFX industry.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate reports.

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory processes related to payments and client accounts.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of payment processes is a plus.

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
