​Our client is searching for an experienced conceptual digital designer to join their team here in Dubai. Our client is a retail group working with some of the most prestigious retail and beauty brands They are looking for a creative designer who is comfortable with ideation and not just adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and inspiring digital creative across multiple channels, including CRM, digital marketing, social media, and website assets.

• Collaborate with the Lead Digital Creative and Social Media team to respond to briefs effectively.

• Ensure all creative adheres to style guidelines and articulates brand objectives.

• Create mock-ups and presentations to showcase ideas and executions for approval.

• Promote fresh ideas and approaches by combining cultural awareness with an inquiring mind.

• Work with UX and Development teams to enhance the digital experience.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the industry.

• A degree or equivalent combination of education, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and typography skills.

• Proven design experience within the fashion industry or retail, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in After Effects.

• Experience designing for both offline/print and digital channels.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work quickly from concept to finished product, adhering to stringent deadlines.

• Experience designing in Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
