I have partnered with one of the largest retail companies in the Middle East to hire a Senior Product Manager, who will be joining the digital team and be part of the commercial function.

My client has one of the biggest success stories and has been continuously registering over 100% growth year-on-year!

If successful, you will be maintaining and enhancing the quality experience of the internal customer by identifying the gaps, forming hypotheses, and setting up solutions. You will also collaborate with tech teams to optimize the squad’s sprint backlog and to ideate innovative solutions.

Required Experience

• 8 + years of experience working in a Product Owner role in areas of commercial (buying, sourcing, quality, etc).

• Has experience or exposure to buying, sourcing, and quality in retail organizations

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and environments.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with buyers, sellers, and merchandisers.
