​We are looking for a stellar UX Designer to join a company that is looking to make a transformative change in the gaming and entertainment industry.  

As a whole, the company are working on their platform to connect a vibrant community of gamers and foster growth. In this role, you will conceptualize and contribute to eCommerce-enabled initiatives, collaborating with the rest of the team on building and maintaining solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user experience

• Research customers, competitors, and products

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative research

• Develop personas, scenarios, user stories, user journeys

• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups

• Develop and implement A/B and usability testing

• Design for accessibility standards

• Create and maintain usability documentation

• Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals

Qualifications

• A portfolio of work demonstrating mastery of the user research methods, and production of UX artefacts.

• Working knowledge of UX design principles

• Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch

• UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision

• Experience with user testing and usability analysis

• 3-5 years of user research, and interaction design experience.
