They are looking for an ambitious, energetic Video / Production Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the production process, manage creative projects, and collaborate with content creators to produce compelling and innovative content.

The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, content creation, and project management, as well as a deep understanding of the creative process and a knack for bringing ideas to life.

What you would be responsible for?

• Lead the production process for content creation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination teams and resources.

• Oversee all aspects of production, including location scouting, casting, wardrobe, set design, equipment rental, filming, editing, and post-production, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage production timelines, deadlines, and deliverables

• Work closely with the content development team to review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, rough cuts, and final edits, and ensure that content meets brand guidelines, vision, and audience expectations.

• Manage relationships with vendors, production partners, and freelancers, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and rates to ensure cost-effective and efficient production operations.

• Lead and mentor production teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them develop their skills, grow professionally, and deliver their best work.

The skills you will bring to the table:

• Degree in film, media production or communications

• 2-4 years of experience in video production, content creation, or related field, with a proven track record of managing creative projects from concept to completion.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex production workflows and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Video production tools and software, including cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording devices, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
