We are working with one of the regions largest fintechs who have designed a platform to take the stress away from investing! A digital platform where you can learn, invest and become financially free!

As VP of people, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the People function. You'll play a strategic role in developing and implementing HR plans, policies, and initiatives that align with the company’s vision and mission.

You'll have a love for people and a wealth of experience overseeing and running the people team during startup / scaleup periods. Collaborating closely with management to shape the company's people function!

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience working and leading a HR / People team function

• Experience reporting into CEO/Founder

• Experience working in either a busy and fast-paced startup / scaleup environment

• Great management and leadership - leading teams including overseeing talent acquisition, people and culture

• A positive can-do attitude - ready to scale and transform an existing function

• Good knowledge of the GCC & Egypt is a plus (including Arabic) but not essential

• A passion for fintech and the industry is also a plus!
