• Technical Expertise: Skilled in backend services, cloud infrastructure, data architecture, and languages like Java, Python, and C++. Familiar with databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) and data streaming (e.g., Kafka).

• Leadership: Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to lead teams through influence.
