We are very excited to partner with a global firm to hire a Delivery Director within Financial Services!

The Director will be focused on leading the responsibilities for technical design and development of digital solution, driving new revenue streams and enhance service quality and improve customer experience. You will be leading all functional and technical streams taking part in the delivery, and act as the first point of contact with leadership and client management providing proper reporting and escalation when applicable.

This role is based in Qatar and requires someone with regional experience! Relocation can be provided if necessary.

If it sounds of interest, you will need to have the following experience:

• We are looking for someone with at least 10 + years of relevant working experience (Digital Deliveries within Financial Services)

• 3-5 years minimum experience in leading complex delivery projects with large teams

• Knowledge of Fintech industry and emerging technology trends such as open and digital banking

• Knowledge of Middle East market trends. Middle East experience is mandatory!

• Fluent in English and Arabic
