Job description

​Our client, a dynamic real estate firm in Dubai, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join them to manage and execute marketing strategies for their two distinct luxury real estate

brands: property sales and property renovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Communication

  • Scheduling & Oversight: Schedule and manage all video shoots, content creation activities, and oversee the entire content production process from concept to execution.

  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the content calendar to ensureconsistent and timely delivery of all marketing materials.

  • Event Coordination: Set up and manage webinars and other virtual events to promote properties and engage with clients.

  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary link between senior management and the marketing team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of brand objectives.

2. Content Creation & Coordination

  • Content Development: Develop, create, and manage content for both luxury property sales and renovation brands, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

  • Videography & Photography: Produce engaging video content, including high-quality videography and video editing, and capture high-quality photographs of properties.

  • Marketing Materials Production: Design and create villa brochures and other marketing materials (averaging one brochure per week) to showcase properties effectively.

  • Email Marketing: Write and manage email marketing campaigns to reach potential buyers and clients.

  • On-Site Documentation: Conduct regular site visits to capture the progress of villa renovations through photos and videos, showcasing value creation.

3. Advertising & Social Media Management

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement separate social media strategies for both property sales and renovation brands, targeting specific demographics.

  • Content Posting: Schedule and ensure regular posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok), including cross-posting for maximum reach.

  • Engagement & Growth: Manage and grow social media presence to drive engagement, organic traffic, and brand awareness.

4. Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the real estate landscape in Dubai, identifying key trends and opportunities.

  • Strategic Proposals: Create and present marketing proposals and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

  • Innovative Concepts: Develop original and innovative video concepts to capture the interest of potential buyers and stand out in the competitive market.

  • Targeted Marketing: Tailor content to attract potential buyers and clients, utilizing both organic and paid advertising methods to promote properties and renovation projects.

5. Autonomous & Proactive Work

  • Multi-Brand Management: Adapt and switch focus between different brands and projects seamlessly, managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Self-Management: Operate autonomously, managing your own schedule and projects with minimal supervision.

  • Proactivity: Take initiative in identifying potential challenges and opportunities, and act on them without waiting for direction.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, with proven experience in luxury real estate marketing, preferably in Dubai.

Skills:

  • Proficient in content creation, including photography, videography, and video editing.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and advertising.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
