​We have been retained by a global ultra-luxury brand, to hire a new role for the organization in a shift to centralise Product Design within the business.

As an organisation working across retail, destination, and resorts they have a multitude of digital products across web and mobile, which the Product Design Director will be responsible for shaping new experiences across.

The Product Design Director will be responsible for setting and leading the overall UX strategy for multiple brands within the group, re-imagining current user journeys, and conducting a UX audit on current platforms.

This is a broad role which will touch on all aspects of the Design process across UX, Interface Design, and Visual Interaction Design. We are specifically looking for someone with luxury brand experience, whether in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or other similar industries.

Core responsibilities include:

• Defining the UX strategy in alignment with digital transformation objectives

• Developing a roadmap to implement the user experience strategy effectively on our clients' websites and apps.

• Playing a key role in the end-to-end design, development, and implementation process of digital products

• Designing workflows and interactions, and creating high-fidelity visual designs.

• Leading the design processes throughout the product lifecycle, setting the vision for the user experience, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

• Contributing to the overall vision and strategy for the product roadmap.

• Working closely with a collaborative and cross-functional team (In-house and agencies) to develop and deliver best-in-class UX at all stages of product development.
