My client, an ambitious and well-funded start-up in the online retail marketplace space, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their sales function in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales strategy, build and manage a high-performing team, and achieve significant growth.

My client specializes in developing advanced Order Management Systems and CRMs tailored for brands and distributors in the retail sector. Their platform enhances business-to-retailer interactions, fostering growth.

What we're looking for:

A Sales Manager who is both a strategic thinker and an effective closer. This role requires someone with extensive experience in the enterprise SaaS market, capable of managing complex sales cycles and high-stakes negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.

  • Deliver compelling product demos and tailored proposals to convert leads into customers.

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that reflect market conditions and company objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Create detailed sales playbooks and operational procedures to enhance the sales process.

  • Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts to align with business goals.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.

  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Analytical skills for detailed sales reporting and data analysis.

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication.
