Job description
We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join a highly anticipated global financial services firm, who are shaking up traditional asset management within the tech industry.
Headquarted in New York, our client has grown to 150+ employees and are now growing in their London office, where you will work as part of a tactical creative studio alongside a Creative Director and Brand Manager.
With plans to IPO in the next 24 months, this organisation have truly capitalised on the use of AI and LLM which has enabled them to deploy more investment through more deals faster than any firm in capital markets history.
The role:
Engage in hands-on creation and collaboration on world-class design across digital and print assets, including websites, content, decks, and physical events
Be responsible for ensuring that the growing volume of deliverables are both completed on time and aligned with our style guides and high-quality standards
Work within the existing "design universe" to shape design execution
Create new concepts and ideas for design patterns, and digital / print content
You have:
4-5 years of experience as a designer across multiple disciplines
Mastery of Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
An online design portfolio demonstrating strong graphic principles
Experience using GenAI tools such as Midjourney
Experience in the interplay of color, typography, iconography, imagery, data, and other assets in order to create compelling visual experiences
Experience managing expectations and timelines in an effective and efficient manner
Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment
Other information:
Office based 5 days p/week in London
Salary: 45,000 - 60,000 GBP p/year + benefits
